We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Specialist (Data Analyst) to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is a master of Excel, with expertise in complex formulas, data visualization, and automation, and thrives in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis : Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, array formulas) to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, or anomalies. Reporting & Visualization : Design and maintain dynamic dashboards, charts, and reports using Excels charting tools, conditional formatting, and PivotCharts to present data clearly to stakeholders. Data Management : Clean, organize, and validate data in Excel to ensure accuracy and consistency, including handling large datasets from multiple sources. Automation : Develop and implement Excel macros and VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. Modeling : Build financial, operational, or statistical models in Excel to support forecasting, budgeting, or scenario analysis. Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to gather requirements and deliver tailored Excel-based solutions. Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for Excel processes, templates, and macros to ensure scalability and ease of use. Training & Support : Provide guidance and training to team members on Excel best practices and advanced techniques. CTC is fixed 3.25 Lakhs. In Hand salary is 27K.
