Job Description

Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data from manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. Monitor production KPIs (yield, downtime, OEE, scrap rates) and generate regular performance reports. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to understand data needs and drive data-informed decisions. Implement predictive analytics for maintenance schedules, defect detection, and supply chain optimization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 0- 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
