Freshers:
1.68 LPA CTC (13,000 in hand)
Experienced (1+ year in customer service/sales):
Up to 2.7 LPA CTC (21,000+ in hand)
Additional Perks:
Quarterly bonus and incentives based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
Candidates must have
good to excellent communication skills in English.
Prior experience in customer service, voice, chat, or telesales will be preferred.
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and 6-day working.
Immediate joiners
are highly preferred
Age: 18 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer queries through voice or chat support.
Provide accurate information about services and resolve concerns professionally.
Meet quality and performance metrics consistently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
For sales roles: engage customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into sales.

You are looking for fixed day shifts.
You are not comfortable working in English.
You are expecting a higher salary than the mentioned range without matching communication or experience levels
