Role Description

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

·      Helping Global 5000 companies adopt and optimize requirements management systems as part of their DevOps/ALM practice.

·      Attention to detail

·      Excellent time management, public speaking, problem-solving and both verbal and written communication skills are a must

·      Ability to multitask since some tasks will require to communicate with multiple customers at one time

·      Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner

·      Delivering presentations, demonstrations and Product Training to prospective and current clients

  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc
  • Support, train and mentor new employees

  • Candidates should have experience with presales &/or training in a B2B environment, along with MS office tools
  •  Working knowledge of MS Azure and/or Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) would be

    an added asset.

  • Strong Communication and Account Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in software lifecycle management or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
