Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Noida. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, providing information about products and services, following up with customers, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improving overall customer experience. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and Phone Etiquette Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experience in a similar role is preferred A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus Show more Show less
