Job Details

-Handle customer calls, resolving queries in the first interaction

-Meet SLAs for satisfaction, response time, and effort

-Log issues accurately, follow up, and suggest improvements

-Maintain attendance policies and service quality

-Work rotational shifts with basic MS Office proficiency


Who Should Apply

-Bachelor’s in B.Com, B.A, BBA, BSc, B.Pharma

-Not eligible: BTech, MTech, MCA, BCA, MBA, HM, or other technical degrees

-Excellent communication skills
