Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer in Kota. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and issues, facilitating financial transactions, and supporting sales activities. The individual will also be expected to maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
Experience in Finance and Sales
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Kota
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
