Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Customer Relationship Management Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks involve developing and implementing CRM policies and procedures, coordinating with sales teams, segmenting the market, analyzing customer data, and managing projects to improve customer relationship initiatives.
