Quality Auditor

As a Quality Analyst at our EdTech team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our student experience. Your main tasks will include auditing counselor call sessions, providing feedback, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to address quality issues. By staying updated on industry trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of service and driving excellence in our educational offerings. You will be expected to actively listen and assess counselor calls for adherence to company policies and best practices. Your role will involve offering constructive feedback to counselors to enhance their communication skills and overall effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop and maintain quality assurance dashboards, collaborate with different teams, and propose solutions to improve the student experience. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in education, communication, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in an educational setting, is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, is necessary. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus. A passion for education, commitment to student success, attention to detail, effective multitasking abilities, excellent time management, and organizational skills will be beneficial in this role.,
