THE ROLE AMD is looking for a talented, self-driven and motivated engineer to technically lead AIG s Vitis AI Compiler projects working on AMD s XDNA (AI Engine) architecture and the Vitis AI family of software tools. As a senior member of this high-performance team, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on integrating the ML tool chain into frameworks like ONNX, Pytorch, TensorFlow etc. Candidate will have opportunity to work on orchestrating the compilation of ML model through different phases Candidate will integrate runtime execution of ML model on the NPU hardware through the runtime and driver. Candidate will collaborate with compiler and runtime teams to bring up latest AI models like CNNs, Transformers, Stable Diffusion, NLPs etc. on the XDNA simulator. Candidates would develop a deeper understanding of the various ML models, and how they are executed, identify performance bottlenecks and enable faster development. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. Strong background in large scale C++ based development and debug, including Design Patterns Experience with multi-threaded programming infrastructure and performance optimization Experience in the software development environment on both Linux and Windows is required. Experience in any one of the ML Framework like ONNX, Pytorch etc is strongly desired. Experience with scalable builds and code versioning through github, docker, CMake, artifactory is highly desired. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue performance, enhance product visibility, support dealer growth, and generate new business prospects through various customer engagement activities. This role requires a dynamic individual who can establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensure product knowledge is effectively communicated, and contribute to the overall growth of Jaquar’s market presence. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue performance for Jaquar CBS, Faucets, Cisterns, and Sanitaryware. Monitor and improve key product performance for CBS, Faucets, and Sanitaryware. Support dealer, architects, and builders growth by providing training, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal product display and branding at showrooms. Conduct focused customer events, including Jaquar World (JW) visits, Orientation Centre (OC) visits, Jaquar Display Showroom (JDS) engagements, and factory visits to generate prospects and enhance brand awareness. Educate dealers, and their sales staff, Architects, Builders on product details, USPs, competition benchmarking, and value propositions. Ensure price discipline and brand hygiene at all dealer counters. Personally handle customers at dealer counters to demonstrate effective selling techniques and product knowledge. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up until conversion to sales using company-provided software. Generate and follow up on leads from dealers, trade customers, and plumbers to drive sales. Organize and conduct plumber meets and training sessions to ensure proper installation and product knowledge. Introduce and educate dealers on new product modifications and updates. Promote the use of dealer portals for problem resolution and access to the latest information. Ensure dealers issue warranty certificates to every customer and educate them on the benefits of warranty support. Coordinate with customer care to resolve any issues related to supplies, sales, policies, and other concerns. Facilitate visits of key stakeholders to the Orientation Centre (OC) and factory to enhance their understanding of Jaquar’s capabilities and product range Foster strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders through regular interactions and support Key Attributes Experience in working with dealers and channel partners.
