Curriculum Developer for school- Female

Design, evaluate, and improve school curricula to align with academic standards, student needs, and modern teaching methods. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and subject experts to develop engaging instructional materials. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Create and update lesson plans, integrate technology, and ensure alignment with educational standards. Assessment & Evaluation: Design tools to measure student outcomes, analyze data, and refine curriculum effectiveness. Collaboration & Training: Work with teachers to implement changes, conduct training sessions, and gather feedback. Research & Innovation: Stay updated on trends, incorporate digital tools, and adapt curricula for diverse learners. Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, collaborate with boards, and maintain documentation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education or Curriculum Development. Experience: 3+ years in curriculum design, teaching, or instructional coordination. Skills: Knowledge of educational frameworks (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.), instructional design, assessment strategies, and digital tools. Preferred: Experience in K-12 curriculum development, competency-based education, and instructional design certification.
