Job Description

To ensure the efficient and effective use of the CRM system by managing system configuration, user access, data accuracy, and process automation. The CRM Administrator plays a critical role in supporting business teams by enabling seamless customer data management, reporting, and system performance, thereby enhancing customer relationship strategies and operational productivity.

Ø Keep customer details up to date in the CRM system, making sure all information is accurate and complete.

Ø Work closely with branch managers to ensure customer data is entered correctly and consistently across all locations.

Ø Regularly clean and organize the data to remove errors and maintain a high-quality database.

Ø Manage marketing messages within the CRM, including planning and running promotional campaigns.

Ø Create specific customer groups for targeted promotions and send customized Whats-App messages accordingly.

Ø Keep track of customer messages received on Whats-App and social media, and forward them to the right branch or team member for timely follow-up.

Ø Oversee the referral program to ensure it runs smoothly at all branches and customers are properly rewarded.

Ø Make sure all customer follow-ups and wish list entries are completed on time with proper notes and updates.

Ø Monitor the CRM system regularly to ensure it works smoothly without interruptions.

Ø Perform quality checks to find and fix any errors or inconsistencies in the data.

Ø Coordinate with the “Zithara” software support team to fix technical issues, apply system updates, and request new features when needed.

Ø Ensure that customers automatically receive post-visit messages without fail.

Ø Create and share useful reports with the corporate team to highlight customer trends, feedback, and opportunities for business improvement.

Suggest and help implement new features or system improvements to boost efficiency and customer engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
