Marketing Manager -Retail Footfall

With branches across India, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to enhance our brand’s visibility and customer engagement across retail locations — excluding digital marketing and direct sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branch-specific marketing strategies to drive footfall and enhance in-store customer experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify regional opportunities and tailor campaigns accordingly.
• Plan and coordinate on-ground marketing activities, events, collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
• Work closely with showroom managers to assess customer insights and evaluate marketing impact on footfall and brand perception.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, media agencies, and local advertising platforms.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.

Who We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in retail or luxury brand marketing (jewellery experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the premium/luxury retail segment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across branches in India as required.
• A creative thinker with a result-driven approach.

Note: We are a reputed and growing chain of diamond jewellery showrooms with a strong legacy in craftsmanship and customer trust. The focus is purely on offline/retail marketing to drive walk-in traffic and enhance showroom visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
