Job Title: Credit Manager / Analyst Vertical: Wholesale Banking Sectors: Infrastructure, FIG, CCG Job Role: Analyze Structured Finance deals, perform Credit Analysis & Cash Flow Analysis, and evaluate Financial Risk and Risk Assessment. Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes (CRANs) for Large Corporate clients. Engage with business teams to discuss Terms & Conditions for risk assessments. Interact with customers to gather required information for CRAN preparation. Monitor accounts in line with the terms stipulated by the Sanctioning Authority. Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the assigned portfolio. Identify and escalate non-compliances with an appropriate action plan. Conduct site visits and submit inspection reports. Address and manage escalations related to risk assessments. Job Requirements: Experience: Prior experience in Structured Finance/Credit Underwriting for Large Corporates. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Excel for Financial Model preparation. Sector Expertise: Experience in Project Finance and/or Infrastructure sector credit analysis preferred (not mandatory). Qualifications: CA/MBA/CFA. Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Show more Show less
