Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative, visionary, and strategically minded professional to lead our brand communication, digital marketing strategy, and storytelling efforts for a fast-growing premium chocolate and confectionery brand. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building a compelling brand narrative, enhancing consumer engagement and ensuring delivery of consistent, high-impact brand experiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Branding & Brand Management

• Develop and maintain a strong and aspirational brand identity and visual language.
• Strategize and execute end-to-end brand campaigns across ATL, BTL and Digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all customer touchpoints.
• Conduct brand audits, track KPIs, and monitor brand health and perception.

✍️ Storytelling & Content Creation

• Craft engaging, emotion-driven brand stories aligned with product values and audience aspirations.
• Oversee content for packaging, social media, website, PR, advertising and other communication channels.
• Translate brand philosophy and product attributes into compelling consumer-facing narratives.

📱 Digital Marketing & Strategy

• Lead digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, email and influencer marketing.
• Manage brand presence and engagement across all digital platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. and continuously optimize campaigns.

🎨 Design Direction & Communication Design

• Collaborate closely with creative/design teams to ensure visually compelling, premium-quality design output.
• Lead the creative process across visual identity, packaging, UI/UX design for e-commerce and retail POS material.
• Maintain a strong sense of design direction aligned with luxury branding aesthetics.

📈 Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, new product launches, and festive marketing campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Production) to align marketing with business strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor deliverables and measure campaign ROI.

💡 Creative Strategy & Leadership

• Drive innovative concepts to elevate the brand’s emotional, aspirational and lifestyle positioning.
• Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to shape forward-thinking strategies.
• Lead, mentor and inspire both internal creative teams and external agency partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication Design or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in branding, digital marketing and content strategy.
• Proven experience in handling marketing for premium and luxury brands is a must.
• Background in FMCG, F&B, lifestyle or premium product industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, digital ecosystems and brand positioning.
• Excellent command over creative storytelling, brand language and visual communication.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
