Creative Content Strategist

✍️ What You’ll Do

Plan and ideate ad creatives
for Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns
Work with designers/video editors to produce
high-performing ad videos and graphics
Write compelling copy and script hooks for short-form content
Analyze creative performance and optimize based on metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS)
Research trends, viral formats, and competitor ads to inspire new ideas
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and tone
Build creative briefs and moodboards that guide the design and editing teams

🎯 Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in
performance-focused content or advertising
Proven ability to create content strategies for
mobile apps or digital products
Obsessed with
hook-first storytelling
, visual hierarchy, and thumb-stopping motion
Strong understanding of
Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
, or similar ad platforms
Comfortable analyzing performance data to tweak creative direction
Bonus: Experience with tools like Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Motion templates, etc.
