As a Creative Content Strategist at OLIVER, you will be responsible for driving the digital-first creative vision for a global Personal care & Beauty client. You will play a key role in shaping content strategies, leading effective digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring the client's brand and products maintain a prominent position in the digital landscape. Your primary focus will be to blend creativity with strategic thinking to deliver innovative and impactful results. Your role will involve collaborating closely with senior clients, creative teams, and external agencies to meet tight deadlines and optimize campaigns in real time. You will be tasked with developing digital strategies, overseeing creative concepts, and ensuring that content resonates across various platforms. Your expertise in BPC product strategies will be crucial in driving highly effective digital campaigns. To excel in this role, you must have experience in developing commercially driven and creatively inspiring digital campaign and content strategies. You should possess a deep understanding of emerging culture and diverse audience engagement across multiple platforms. An ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns, leveraging digital trends and cultural moments, is essential. Additionally, you should be adept at managing client relationships, collaborating effectively with teams, and providing strategic guidance on content development. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the digital-first creative direction for the brand, crafting content strategies aligned with brand objectives and current digital trends. - Develop impactful digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms. - Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and agencies to deliver campaigns efficiently, fostering strong relationships and teamwork. - Manage digital initiatives within budget, continuously optimizing strategies for effectiveness and alignment with brand leadership in digital culture. - Develop and implement effective digital & content strategies to meet client briefs across all necessary touch points. - Act as a content expert and advocate within the client team, sharing best practices and delivering case studies. - Identify insights and hypotheses to feed into Digital Hub campaigns, working with the team to develop and test content models. Qualifications: - Experience in planning, developing, and measuring brand content, preferably in a digital, integrated, or media agency setting. - Strong skills in data analysis, social listening, and keyword analysis to derive actionable insights. - Proficiency in understanding culture, emerging trends, and applying them to content strategies. - Expertise in evaluating content effectiveness through data analytics and optimization methods. - Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively. - Passion for Beauty and Personal Care industries with a keen interest in AI and new technologies. - Familiarity with AI tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn and leverage AI features is crucial for success in this role.
