Senior Manager – Delivery Performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of

  CPL and CPS campaigns

  across Indian and international markets.
• Drive performance delivery across multiple traffic sources, including:
• Affiliate & publisher networks
• Ad exchanges & programmatic platforms
• Direct media buying (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Align campaign performance with client KPIs to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, supply vendors, internal delivery teams, and clients.
• Monitor lead and sale quality in real-time; proactively resolve delivery issues and fraud-related challenges.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, legal standards, and media policies.
• Provide actionable insights, reporting, and strategic inputs to stakeholders for continuous growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in performance marketing, preferably in CPL/CPS campaign delivery.
• Proven track record in managing

  affiliate marketing ecosystems, media buying

  , and

  campaign optimization

  .
• Strong command over

  campaign tracking and attribution platforms

  such as:
• Google Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• DV360
• Kochava / AppsFlyer / Branch / Trackier
• Expertise in

  fraud detection, lead validation

  , and

  postback troubleshooting

  .
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to draw performance insights from raw data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
