Job Title: Pilot Ground Instructor (offline only)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ground training sessions for aspiring pilots.
• Teach aeronautical knowledge areas related to aircraft performance, navigation concepts, meteorology, and other relevant topics.
• Contribute to our LMS (Learning Management System).
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons on flight instruments, flight controls, navigation concepts, meteorology, and other relevant topics.
• Assist students in understanding DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and requirements..
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our courses.
• Deliver seminar presentations to prospective students.
• Contribute to business development efforts.
• Handle administrative tasks related to ground training.

Qualifications:

• DGCA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holder

  with experience in flying.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring future aviators.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
• Tolerance and patience to handle teenagers and their curiosities.
• Ability to explain complicated topics simply, especially in navigation and other technical areas.
