Energy Yield Assessment (EYA): * Prepare comprehensive energy yield assessments (EYA) for proposed wind farm layouts, considering various wind turbine models, site-specific conditions, and array losses. * Perform uncertainty analysis and calculate P50, P75, P90, and other probability exceedance levels for energy production. * Provide inputs for financial modeling and project feasibility studies. Reporting & Documentation: * Generate detailed WRA reports, energy yield assessment reports, and technical memos for internal stakeholders and external investors/lenders. * Maintain an organized repository of all WRA data, models, and reports. Write clear and engaging scripts and narratives for flight training modules, tutorials, and assessments. Create visual storyboards and interactive content flows using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P, etc.). Ensure aviation content aligns with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ICAO, DGCA, FAA, EASA). Adapt content for diverse audiences, including student pilots, aviation enthusiasts, maintenance trainees, and ground staff. Stay current with developments in aviation education and technology-based learning tools. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in educational content creation or eLearning development, preferably in aviation or technical domains. Skills: Strong understanding of aviation concepts and flight operations. Proficiency in eLearning development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar. Strong writing skills with the ability to break down complex technical information into easy-to-understand, engaging formats. Basic knowledge of graphic design, animation, or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Familiarity with instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, UDL, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Pilot license (PPL, CPL, or ATPL) or background in aviation training is a strong plus. Experience working with aviation schools, flight training academies, or EdTech companies. Knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, DGCA) and standard operating procedures. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Climate Modelling team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Specialist - Risk Consuting (Climate Risk / Climate Modelling) Incumbent will be part of the Climate Risk Center of Excellence and will be instrumental in the delivery of climate-related analytics projects to clients. We will count on you to: To perform statistical analysis and interpretation of climate and catastrophe risk model outputs, characterize the physical impacts of extreme weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat, rainfall, water stress, wildfires, cyclones, and flooding) on our client’s assets and operations. Devise quantitative approaches and methodologies to assessing climate risks, vulnerabilities and opportunities. Present complex risk information in insightful and clear to understand client deliverables, including dashboards, presentations and detailed technical reports. Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, actuaries, and catastrophe modelers. What you need to have: Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in climate / environmental science, civil engineering, physical geography, meteorology or other related discipline. 1 to 3 years’ experience in catastrophe modelling, climate risk assessment, impact modelling and sustainability related works. Experience in using cloud-based platforms and analytics tools to draw data for trend / scenario analysis. Understanding of sustainability principles and frameworks (i.e. GRI, TCFD, TNFD, ISSB, SASB, CDP, etc.) Proficiency in analyzing large data set, reporting and presentation using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. GIS and/or Power BI is desirable. Experience in flood model development in use would be an added benefit.
