Corporate Relations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Responsible for new client acquisition by interacting and meeting with prospective clients who require IT and Non-IT manpower through Train & Hire or Staffing models.

Screening and sharing relevant candidate profiles with clients and collecting their feedback regularly.

Conducting interview training sessions, orientation programs, resume-building workshops, and mock interviews.

Preparing and maintaining MIS reports to track training and placement activities.

Supporting internal stakeholders by identifying and offering the best placement opportunities for their candidates.

Successfully placed candidates including IT and Non-IT firms, mid-level organizations, start-ups, DQ companies, and MNCs.

Organizing and executing on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs, alumni meets, recruiter interactions, and participating in industry expos.

Collecting feedback, reviews, and referrals from students for continuous improvement.

Monitoring and implementing organizational policies and addressing grievances with a fair, positive, and unbiased approach.
