Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Account Manager to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Understand client business objectives and challenges, providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, project management, and technical delivery, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Cognitbotz’s services, presenting value-added solutions to clients.
• Conduct periodic client meetings and reviews, providing status updates, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements, sharing insights with clients.
• Prepare and deliver account reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
• Meet or exceed assigned account growth and retention targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within the IT/technology sector.
• Strong understanding of process automation, AI solutions, or IT services is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, draw insights, and recommend strategic actions.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
