You will lead a team of writers, crafting compelling copy that drives engagement, builds brand identity, and converts audiences across multiple digital channels. You’ll work closely with designers, BD team, strategists, and clients to ensure every word aligns with business goals and creative vision. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Lead the copy team in developing high-quality, on-brand copy across digital platforms (web, social media, email, ads, campaigns, landing pages, scripts, etc.) Translate marketing strategies into engaging storytelling and persuasive messaging Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brainstorm campaign concepts Edit, proofread, and mentor junior writers; provide constructive feedback Stay updated on content trends, SEO best practices, and platform innovations Present copy ideas and messaging strategies to clients confidently Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality Develop messaging frameworks, taglines, and campaign slogans when required 🧠 Requirements: Proven experience in digital copywriting, with a portfolio showcasing variety and strategic thinking Strong leadership and people management skills Expertise in brand storytelling, short-form copy, and conversion-focused messaging Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and digital platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) Exceptional communication, editing, and presentation skills If you are a right fit for the role , kindly share your updated resume along with portfolio...
