Position Overview:

Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging and SEO Optimized content (written, visual, and multimedia) across various platforms, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Website, and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing goals and the respective target audiences' needs

• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, website, video scripts, press releases, ad copy for sales funnel and other digital formats.
• Manage and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities, and actively participate in community management.
• Collaborate with design, video, and product teams to develop creative assets.
• Stay up-to-date on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in content marketing and social media.
• Support influencer and partnership campaigns, helping with outreach, coordination, and content amplification.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation for digital platforms.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone and voice.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Added advantage if there is proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Added advantage if there is familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and short-form video content.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
