Content Specialist

The role requires you to be responsible for creating engaging and innovative content across various digital platforms to enhance our social media presence, engage the audience, and increase brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling content for ads, social media, blogs, and videos. You will be involved in creating storyboards and creative frameworks for execution, maintaining a consistent tone, voice, and messaging across platforms, using behavioural research to craft relevant messaging, staying updated on trends and competitor analysis, as well as gathering insights and ensuring accuracy in all content. To excel in this role, you should possess strong ideation skills, adhere to brand voice and consistency, analyze consumer behavior insights, be aware of industry trends and competitor strategies, conduct A/B testing and optimization, and have basic data skills including familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for content tracking.
