Our mission is to give wings and wisdom to stories, transforming them into a strong entertainment package. Pocket FM has grown to 130+ million listeners community, spending an average of over 115 minutes every day, while the total streaming on the app counts to over 6.5 billion minutes monthly.



Key Responsibilities


1. Productivity Management

  • Monitor and track the weekly productivity and output of writers, voice artists, and post-production agencies to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Maintain records of deliverables and publish weekly productivity metrics.
  • Flag potential delays or challenges proactively.


2. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact among key stakeholders, such as senior writers, production coordinators, and post-production coordinators for productivity related queries
  • Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between editorial, production, and post-production team
  • Resolve content management system (CMS) queries and ensure alignment of weekly/monthly targets across all functions.(Editorial, production & Post production)


3. Payment Processing and Budget Management

  • Oversee the monthly payment cycle for all writers, voice artists, and post-production agencies.
  • Seek approvals from finance & leadership for monthly payouts and ensure timely payment of all three functions(Editorial, production & Post production)
  • Ensure all payments comply with contractual terms and stay within the allocated budget. Highlight in case the payout is exceeding the AOP budget


4. Vendor/Talent Onboarding

  • Manage the onboarding process for new voice artists and post-production agencies.
  • Coordinate with legal for contract preparation, compliance checks, and system setup(CMS access) for new partners.
  • Provide CMS tool training on operational procedures and expectations to ensure a seamless start.
