What You’ll Bring

🔹Technology recruitment experience, preferably with a staffing firm or product-led company

🔹Proven success in hiring across core technology and data verticals including Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and UI/UX Design

🔹Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job board optimization

🔹Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder management skills

🔹A high sense of ownership, speed, and comfort with changing priorities

🔹Bring your sense of humour — (the kind that's totally HR-compliant 😄)
