Job Description

As a Consultant in the Advisors Client Services, Strategy & Transformation team at Mastercard, you will be a part of a group that specializes in guiding clients through strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with clients across various industries to address their strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges. By utilizing a wide range of problem-solving techniques, you will help improve their overall strategy, performance, and operations. Your responsibilities will include providing creative input on projects, developing strategies and programs for regional and global clients, and collaborating with the Mastercard team to understand client needs and risks. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with client analysts/managers and acting as a trusted partner. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients. You will independently analyze issues within your area of expertise, lead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project management. Additionally, you will play a role in contributing to the firm's intellectual capital and receive mentorship from consulting leaders for your professional growth and development. To be successful in this role, you should have an undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management. You must possess logical, structured thinking skills, an affinity for numerical analysis, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, along with effective communication skills in English and the local office language, is essential. You should also be eligible to work in the country where you are applying and be open to travel as required. Preferred qualifications include the ability to identify problems, brainstorm solutions, and implement the best strategies. Experience in managing tasks in a team environment with third parties and relevant industry expertise will be advantageous. As a member of the Mastercard team, you are expected to abide by security policies and practices, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security violations or breaches, and complete mandatory security trainings.
