Job Title: Computer Operator cum Telecaller Location: Rajkot Job Type: Full-Time Experience: both can apply Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Computer Operator cum Telecaller . The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to handle both data entry and customer interaction duties. Key Responsibilities: Computer Operator Duties: Manage data entry and processing tasks using MS Office and internal systems. Maintain records and files in an organized manner. Handle routine computer operations including email correspondence, report generation, and printing tasks. Assist in maintaining company databases and ensuring accuracy. Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, feedback, and service promotion. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed. Maintain call logs and provide regular reports to the supervisor. Support sales and marketing activities through calls and emails. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills in [Language(s), e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
