Collection Admin Specialist

The Collection Admin Specialist is responsible for tracking, following up, and collecting withholding tax (WHT) certificates from vendors, clients, and tax authorities. The role also requires the specialist to ensure accurate and timely upload of customer-related documents, invoices, reports, and other critical data into the customer portal. The role ensures seamless customer experience, proper data documentation, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
