Based on successful completion of program Trainee will be confirmed as employee in the organization and assigned to a department based on skillset. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Adept at understanding and learning multiple financial domain aspects Must be self-motivated exhibit strong, squick learning attributes and be attentive to detail. Time and task oriented, collaborative, and good team player High level of proficiency in English Language with the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language. Basic Computer Skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) understanding Mandatory Education and Certification MBA in Finance /M.Com through regular course from recognized university and institute in India. 70% Mark in 10th, 12th, Bachelor and master’s degree is mandatory. Only 2024 and 2025 pass outs can apply Communication skills in English language should be good Certification/ Diploma/training in finance modules/SAP is preferred
