Job Description

We are looking for a Cold Calling Executive with hands-on experience calling US-based decision-makers for IT services.

This is not a general telecalling role – we need someone who knows how to engage, qualify, and convert eCommerce store owners, real estate agents, and startup founders interested in web/app development, MVPs, or product modernization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential US-based prospects from targeted industries
  • Engage decision-makers, introduce our services, and qualify their needs
  • Schedule discovery calls with our business development team
  • Maintain daily activity records and update CRM with key insights
  • Follow up persistently but professionally to build pipeline momentum


Requirements

  • 2+ years of cold calling experience in IT services or SaaS industry
  • Must be available to work during US time zones (EST/CST/PST)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and services
  • Proven ability to book qualified meetings with decision-makers
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and lead-gen KPIs
