As a Co-Founder at HireVe, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic roadmap, driving business growth, and overseeing daily operations. You'll collaborate with other founders, stakeholders, and external partners to build a scalable and impactful business. Responsibilities Lead and define the company’s strategic direction and growth roadmap Drive business development and forge B2B partnerships Manage operations, finances, and cross-functional teams Oversee marketing and sales execution Conduct market and competitor research to inform decisions Develop investor decks and contribute to fundraising efforts Champion company culture, innovation, and agility Represent HireVe in public forums, events, and client engagements Qualifications Strong entrepreneurial mindset with risk-taking ability Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Prior experience in scaling startups or launching new ventures is a plus Familiarity with global talent acquisition trends is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Bonus Skills Experience with SaaS or recruitment tech platforms Fundraising or investor relations experience Knowledge of digital marketing, performance analytics, or automation tools Tech-savvy with product thinking or UX sensibilities Why Join Us?
