Role Description

The Co-Founder role at Flow Talks is a full-time hybrid position located in New Delhi, with some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing daily operations, and overseeing product development and user engagement. Tasks also include leading marketing and sales efforts, researching market trends, and facilitating effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in startup environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
