Job Title: Cloud Support Executive (L1) Location: Maneswar | Experience: 0–2 Years Job Description: We are seeking a Cloud Support Executive to provide first-level support for our AWS and Azure environments. The role includes monitoring, troubleshooting, access management, and incident handling. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1 support for AWS and Azure services Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or similar tools Manage user access and permissions via IAM/RBAC Troubleshoot basic compute, storage, and networking issues Respond to incidents and escalate to L2/L3 when required Assist in provisioning and de-provisioning cloud resources Maintain SOP documentation and runbooks Track and resolve issues using ticketing tools like ManageEngine Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus Show more Show less
