We help individuals heal chronic gut issues like IBS, GERD, gastritis, and constipation through a holistic approach combining nutrition, lifestyle, and mental well-being.Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Nutritionists (1-3 years) who are not only passionate about helping clients but also comfortable with driving sales, renewals, and referrals. This role is ideal for someone who understands both nutrition counseling and business growth in a health startup.Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 1:1 client consultations to assess dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals. - Design personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans focused on gut health and overall well-being. - Provide ongoing support, tracking progress, and modifying plans as needed. - Take ownership of sales, including: Converting leads & inquiries into paying clients. - Driving program renewals and referrals - Generating referrals through excellent client experience. - Educate clients on the long-term impact of gut health and nutrition. - Stay updated on the latest research in nutrition, gut health, and holistic wellness. Who Should Apply? - Education: Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field. - Experience: 1-3 years in nutrition counseling, preferably in a health-tech or wellness setting. - Growth Mindset: Comfortable with taking sales targets for renewals and referrals. - Excellent communication and client counseling skills. - Experience in sales, renewals, and referrals in a healthcare/wellness setting. - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
