The Account Executive will serve as a critical liaison between Brandmovers and its esteemed clientele, ensuring seamless project execution and fostering robust partnerships. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing diverse accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of communication and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable project briefs.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This includes managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across various internal departments.
- Inter-Departmental Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication channels between clients and internal teams, including Strategy, Creative, Technology, and Media, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Business Development & Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing client portfolios, preparing and presenting proposals for additional services.
- Brand Integrity & Quality Assurance: Uphold Brandmovers' commitment to excellence by ensuring all delivered work aligns with both client expectations and the agency's quality standards.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an account management or client servicing role within a digital agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and professionally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging trends.
