Client Servicing & Operations Executive – Freshers

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of client projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Assist in planning timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Be actively involved in events and activations, including setup, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
• Help prepare basic reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicate effectively with clients for updates and support.
• Travel to different cities as required for on-ground project execution.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome.
• Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or event execution will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing environments.
• Street-smart individuals with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good spoken and written English communication.
• Must be open to travel as per project needs.
