Job Description

This is a leadership role where you will manage multiple large accounts, drive revenue growth, and act as the primary C-level interface for strategic engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, deep BFSI domain expertise, and a proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships in a GCC (Global Capability Center) environment. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Strategic Account Leadership: Own and grow multiple large BFSI accounts, ensuring revenue expansion and profitability. ✔ C-Level Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, understanding their business challenges and positioning organization's IT/consulting solutions. ✔ Business Growth: Identify new opportunities, drive upsell/cross-sell, and lead large deal pursuits. ✔ GCC Focus: Work closely with global teams to align delivery, innovation, and transformation initiatives. ✔ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, solutions) to ensure client success. ✔ Industry Expertise: Stay updated on BFSI trends (digital banking, risk compliance, AI/ML, cloud) to drive innovation. Desired Skills & Experience: ✅ 15+ years in IT services/consulting, with 10+ years in BFSI (Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Payments). ✅ Proven track record of managing large accounts in a GCC/global delivery setup. ✅ Strong C-level networking and consultative selling skills. ✅ Expertise in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and automation in BFSI. ✅ Experience in offshore/nearshore delivery models (GCC experience preferred). ✅ MBA or equivalent from a premier institute is a plus.
