Internship Role : Business Development Associate Interns(BDA) Location: Bangalore Duration: 6 Months Internship + PPO Opportunity Stipend: ₹22,000 per month PPO (Pre-Placement Offer): ₹5 LPA to ₹7 LPA (based on performance) Eligibility : Only Female MBA Students Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct consultative sales to promote Growwtide's parenting & pregnancy education programs. ● Execute 10–15 qualified consultations per week with individuals or institutions. ● Build and maintain B2B partnerships with schools, hospitals, and maternity centers. ● Drive monthly conversion goals of 20+ users and 5+ B2B accounts. ● Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies and growth experiments. ● Participate in weekly strategy meetings and contribute to core planning.
