Civil Engineer (Fresher Role) 📦 Compensation: ₹15,000–18,000/month (based on qualifications and performance) Performance-based growth and learning opportunities We’re looking for a Civil Engineering fresher to join our execution team for interior and exterior projects, including terrazzo, decorative concrete, and specialty finishes. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job while working closely with experienced designers, contractors, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Support on-site installation of flooring and wall finishes (interior & exterior) • Assist in taking accurate site measurements and layout planning • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams • Help monitor project timelines and quality of execution • Participate in material sampling, product testing, and R&D tasks Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome) • Interest in surface finishes, flooring, or architectural products • Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment • Strong observation and communication skills • Open to site visits and occasional travel Show more Show less
