Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Civil 3D BIM Modeler. The Civil 3D BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIM) with a focus on architecture, MEP, and construction drawings. Daily tasks will include coordinating with design teams, ensuring model accuracy, and integrating various construction and design elements. The role also involves collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

• Develop and update 3D models (LOD 100–400) for roads, sewer, water, stormwater, irrigation, grading, and earthworks in

  Autodesk Civil 3D

  (and InfraWorks or Revit as applicable)
• Generate construction documentation: grading plans, cross-sections, profiles, quantity take-offs, and detailed layouts
• Perform clash detection using tools like

  Navisworks

  , resolve interferences, and produce clash reports
• Create content using Civil 3D part builder: pipe networks, fittings, gravity and pressurized systems
• Ensure models and drawings comply with BIM execution plans (BEP/MIDP/TIDP), company QA/QC requirements, and national/local standard
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, integrating inputs from architects, structural, MEP, and external consultants
• Support BIM coordination meetings led by BIM leads or coordinators.
• Maintain model integrity and update based on design revisions and field feedback.
