We are opening for Regional Sales Manager for our new Division Insurance where we will need Head who will onboard Channel Partners, training to staff for insurance products, customer support.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing the sales team within the region, developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, coordinating with other regional managers, providing sales training and support to the team, and developing relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and identify new business opportunities
• Experience in the Insurance services industry, preferably in life Insurance & General Insurance company or Main Broker company.
• Channel Distribution of Insurance will be comfortable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA, Marketing, or related field
