Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder) based in Jaipur. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy, leading software and product development, managing IT projects, and ensuring the technological architecture aligns with business goals. You will collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve the company's strategic objectives. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Software Development and Product Development
• Proven expertise in Project Management and IT Strategy
• Solid understanding of technical architecture and design
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in AI, AR, ML, and digital transformation is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
