About the Role:

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer loyalty.
• Lead digital, brand, content, influencer, PR, and performance marketing efforts.
• Oversee market research and consumer insights to inform product positioning and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
• Drive innovation in customer acquisition across digital and offline channels.
• Optimize marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
• Represent the brand at industry events and in media, strengthening brand reputation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in the F&B, QSR, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and consumer behavior.
• Demonstrated success in scaling marketing functions and leading large teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
