Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As CGO, you will be a critical member of the executive leadership team, owning endtoend growth strategy and execution:

- Drive quickcommerce channel launch and growth.

- Align quickcommerce, D2C site, and traditional trade strategies.

- Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns.

- Develop retention and loyalty programs.

- Oversee brand positioning and newproduct rollouts.

- Test and scale new gotomarket initiatives.

- Track key metrics and optimize based on data.

- Build and mentor the Growth team.

- Collaborate with Operations, Tech, and Finance.

Preferred candidate profile

Total Experience:
7-8years, with a minimum of 3-5years in toptier management consulting (MBB, Kearney, Accenture Strategy, A&M, Arthur D. Little, etc.).
Industry Expertise:
Proven track record in consumerfacing brands, preferably Fashion, FMCG, or D2C, either in consulting or inhouse brand/growth roles.
Digital & GTM Mastery:
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, quickcommerce ecosystems, and traditional GT distribution levers.
Strategic & Analytical Rigor:
Strong financial acumen, data fluency, and comfort with P&L ownership.
Leadership & Execution:
Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and inspire crossfunctional teams in fastpaced, startup environments.
Education:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
