📍 Location: Chennai💼 Company: Tecdata IT ServicesTecdata IT Services is looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven CEO (Sales) to spearhead our global expansion, accelerate revenue, and strengthen market positioning in the IT services space.✅ Key Responsibilities:Define and execute growth-centric sales strategies to expand Tecdata’s global footprint.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales, SDR, inside sales, and customer success teams.Set up and align marketing functions to support dynamic lead-generation and brand visibility.Develop and implement CRM-based selling strategies, manage the end-to-end sales cycle.Identify and develop new verticals and go-to-market strategies based on evolving market demands.Forge and grow strategic partnerships across IT, software, cloud, and digital transformation sectors.Design winning pricing strategies aligned with value delivery and customer expectations.Drive enterprise-level business development and successfully close high-value deals.Collaborate closely with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment.Own the P&L, delivering sustainable profitability and operational excellence.Report to the Board with actionable growth insights, performance metrics, and strategic roadmaps.✅ Required Experience & Skills:15+ years in IT Sales, with at least 8+ years in executive leadership roles.Proven experience in CRM-based sales, driving end-to-end sales cycles in B2B IT services.Demonstrated ability to set up and scale marketing, customer success, SDR and inside sales teams.Track record of successful partnership development and creating new sales verticals.Deep domain expertise in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, cloud, and software services.Strong grasp of pricing strategies, sales analytics, and value-based positioning.Proven ability to scale IT businesses across Asia-Pacific, US, Europe, and African markets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.A robust network of CXO-level contacts is a significant advantage.✅ Compensation:💸 Salary: Competitive, negotiable for the right candidate.
