About the Company:

We are a fast-growing Pizza QSR brand focused on delivering high-quality, innovative food experiences across urban and semi-urban India. As we scale our operations and strengthen our brand presence, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead our company into its next phase of growth.


Role Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all outlets. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep knowledge of the QSR/food retail sector, and a growth-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term strategy aligned with market trends and brand objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities (domestic and international expansion, franchising, new formats).
  • Operations & Growth:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of all QSR outlets, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Optimize supply chain, vendor management, and cost efficiencies.
  • Oversee new store rollouts and expansions (owned & franchised models).
  • Brand Building & Marketing:

  • Collaborate with marketing to build a strong, differentiated brand.
  • Drive customer engagement through digital, loyalty, and local campaigns.
  • People & Culture:

  • Build a high-performance leadership team.
  • Create a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability across all departments.
  • Financial Oversight:

  • Ensure business profitability, budget planning, and cost control.
  • Liaise with investors, partners, and board members on performance and plans.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in food retail/QSR/F&B with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations in a retail/QSR environment.
  • MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification preferred.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric and operations-driven businesses
  • Hands-on leadership with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Familiarity with South Indian market dynamics is a strong plus


Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi

    is essential for effective communication with teams, partners, and customers across regions.
