Job Role & Responsibility

• Menu Development

  :
• Curate international café-style menus including all-day breakfast, quick bites, desserts, and light meals. Develop and innovate seasonal and promotional menus.
• Ingredient & Recipe Management:
• Source quality ingredients aligned with brand standards.
• Develop standardized recipes, portion control, and costing sheets.
• Food Production & Baking:
• Expertise in both hot and cold preparations, baking, and dessert creation.
• Maintain high culinary standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Beverage Knowledge:
• Collaborate with beverage team to support coffee, tea, and chocolate-based drink menu planning.
• Food Safety & Hygiene:
• Ensure kitchen operations comply with FSSAI and HACCP standards.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and nutritional balance.
• Operational Oversight:
• Conduct food audits across outlets and ensure SOP compliance.
• Provide training on new product launches and operational improvements.
• Travel & Audit Responsibilities:
• Willingness to travel for kitchen audits, outlet visits, and chef training across locations.
