Our mission is to deliver perfection in every bite with quality ingredients, creative presentation, and a modern twist on classic flavors. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery and Multi-Cuisine DCDP Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have a strong foundation in food production, managing mise en place, and quality control across our diverse menu. Menu includes veg and eggless items from hot and cold desserts to breads, cookies, puffs, croissants. To burger, pizza, pasta, dimsum, galouti. Mix of cuisines from around the world with our twist. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure consistent product quality, portion control, and visual presentation. Follow recipes, methods, and SOPs strictly while also being adaptable to new trials. Work collaboratively with the team during production rush hours and pre-orders. Maintain ingredient stock levels and assist in daily/weekly inventory checks. Label, date, and store all food items properly and hygienically. Manage junior assistants and team under yourself. Basic knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene standards. Ability to handle multiple products in daily prep and delivery timelines. Flexibility in shift timings during peak/festive periods. THIS JOB IS FOR BASE KITCHEN AND NOT CAFE.
